About me
I am the founder of Safak Audio Ltd. (www.safakaudio.co.uk). Safak Audio, specialises in audio engineering, music production and artist relations, based in London, United Kingdom.I was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. I am a Middlesex University graduate with a BA degree in Audio Production. I have involved in many activities while studying, including getting nominated at the SAE Student Awards for “Best Music Production”.
I have been working in the music industry since 2015. My first job was working as an assistant live sound engineer back in Istanbul at Babylon, one of the most prestigious venues in Turkey. Since then, I’ve had experience working in the field of live sound by working at various venues with artists all around the world, and have also experience in recording, mixing and artist management.
I have involved in productions such as Phantom of the Opera, Greenwich Music Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe. I have done live sound engineering in London's most famous venues. I have also worked with indie, rock and jazz bands from the UK as a recording and mixing engineer.
